5. Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If Guests canceled les than 30 days before check-in there will be no refund.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for any content they submit, such as reviews or feedback, and must ensure that such content is accurate and respectful.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content are owned by Villa Sfedami and protected by intellectual property laws.
